body hair - 2008/05/05 02:03
Alright, we have discussed facial hair, what about body hair. Anybody have any hang-ups about excessive body hair?

I do. I have a real problem with men whose backs are covered with hair. Here we go again, it isn't something they can help, hair will grow where it will, but it's just so .. I don't know... furry.

Maybe we can all move the the island the LOST survivors are on. Apparently it causes body hair to disappear. Earlier episodes showed Jack with chest hair; the latest showed him hair-free.

I wonder if it would work on my legs?

I remember back when I was in grade school, I had a friend whose dad had a super hairy chest and back. We're talking dark hair that was so thick you couldn't hardly see skin beneath. Combine that with his scraggly beard and moustache, and I always thought he looked somewhat like a gorilla when he had his shirt off. Maybe there's something to that whole evolution theory after all.

I personally do not like a guy with that much body hair. I know they can't help it. Well, they could get it waxed (like in the movie 40 Year Old Virgin), but I imagine that would be rather painful.

Waxing? Here, let me help!
Actually, I think it was my sister's husband used to shave his body hair off. Chest, pits and crotch from what I understand... I never looked. I thought he was weird. They've been divorced about 20 years now, I think she thought so too.

I think it's a little weird that a man would shave off his body hair, but I guess it just depends on how much hair you're talking about. Maybe it's the only way for some really hairy men to attract women. Then again, they could take the approach that if the woman doesn't like me the way I am, we aren't meant to be. Anyway, I think some body hair is okay, but I definitely don't go for the caveman type look.
