How to Heal the World

The Shift to the New Reality has been gaining speed for many
years. We have now entered a phase of The Shift which is now
bringing rapid transformation to our world.
Heart-centered consciousness is the gateway to spiritual
consciousness. Spiritually-minded people today are transforming
the world from material consciousness into heart and soul
consciousness. This transformation is best realized by using
intention to actively fill the world with love and light. This
spiritually-conditioned energy powerfully transforms the lower
energy of fear and hate within the global mind atmosphere.
The energy of transformation can be channeled into a spiritual
focus, into emotional release or it can be allowed to manifest
in the only remaining field of popular action, the physical
world. There, it will erupt through emotion-driven, physical
phenomena - volcanic eruption, earthquakes and violent storms,
for example. All of these "natural" disasters are driven by the
chaotic emotional energy of mankind. All of them can be healed
and prevented when people channel enough spiritual energy to
soothe the chaos.
Today, it is more important than ever to send healing energies
into the world. If enough people enter their inner, spiritual
space regularly, then the incoming energies of transformation
can be expressed on a spiritual level.
You can make all the difference in the world today when you
help balance the incoming energies of transformation by using
the following technique.
The Infinite Being Heal the World
Technique:
Reconnect with your spiritual source daily. Use the Infinite
Being meditation, or your own meditation technique, the first
thing every day. Make it a habit, a part of your morning
routine.
End your meditation session by spending time in gratitude for
life, nature and the Infinite Being from which you
materialized. Let a sense of gratitude for everything in your
life fill your heart.
Then, intend world peace and enlightenment. Send this
intention out into the world as love energy through the heart
chakra just in front of your breastbone.
This alone would be enough to make a big difference in the
world today. However, by adding a third component to the
technique, it becomes enormously powerful and effective.
Powerful acts of creation all have three essential components
- intent, feeling and motion. Those are the only three tools
which Infinite Being used to create the universe and everything
within it. That's how powerful those three components are, when
used together in equal balance.
So far you have set the first component,
(1) Your intention - world peace and enlightenment.
You have also set the second component,
(2) A love-inspired environment - gratitude for the universe
and everything in your life.
Now, it's time for the third component,
(3) Action. It is time to move that energy, in large
quantities, into the global mind atmosphere surrounding the
Earth. This is how:
On every in-breath, imagine white light from the Cosmos
entering your crown chakra, above the head, and traveling down
your spine to the level of your heart, then traveling forward
into your heart chakra, just in front of your breastbone.
At the same time, see white light from the Earth entering the
base of your spine and traveling up the spine, then forward, to
merge with the cosmic energy in the heart chakra.
The energies of the Cosmos and the Earth will fuse together
and cause an energetic reaction at the frequency of the heart
chakra. This fusion forms a ball of energetic white light in
the heart chakra.

The Dawn of Self-Empowerment

In recent decades, the consciousness of mankind has progressed
rapidly. Indeed, today, we are in the throes of the greatest
transformation in the history of mankind, a shift to a New
Reality of heart-centered consciousness. We stand at the
gateway of an unprecedented turning point in human
consciousness, a social and spiritual transformation called
The Shift.
One of the hallmarks of the New Reality is that people are
becoming spiritually self-empowered. In the Old Reality, it was
necessary for people to follow a rule book of moral behavior in
order to stay on a path which avoided temptation and its
undesirable side-effects.
With New Reality consciousness, order comes to society
automatically. Heart-empowered people simply don't engage in
action that would be harmful to themselves or others because
they unconditionally love all people, and would therefore do no
harm to anyone. New Reality consciousness is one of responsible
freedom. With it, people are self-empowered and fully
considerate of the effects of all of their actions.
Heart-centered consciousness develops the flow of
unconditional love. Once this flow is started, nothing in
physical reality affects it. It is not affected or rationed by
likes and dislikes, nor by emotions of any kind. It is
something that just is, regardless of the circumstances. It is
an expression of the love of God, which exists in every part of
the universe and flows through each one of us, if we but allow
it.
Unconditional love is something that readily flows through
your heart when you reach upwards above regular, day-to-day
consciousness, then open your heart and just allow the flow to
come through. It is allowing, accepting and supporting.
Unconditional love is a state of allowance, rather than being
something that you have to try hard to do. It just flows when
you allow it to enter your heart and raise your consciousness
even further above the cares of daily reality into an expanded
vista of awareness.
Each time you allow unconditional love to flow, you upgrade
the entire human experience, taking humanity yet one more step
into the unfolding New Reality.
Ascension For All

Humanity is about to ascend into a more subtle physical form.
This will be a gradual change, not a sudden transformation. The
start of the new Mayan time cycles on December 21, 2012 will be
a pivotal time when consciousness will shift to a new reality.
However, this 2012 event is more likely to be viewed as a
pivotal time after the fact, and not immediately.
When the astrologically-significant Harmonic Convergence
occurred in August 1987, many people expected the world to
transform and world peace to dawn on that very day. Human
inertia, however, preempts such a sudden change. It takes time
for new thought to filter into the reality of world
consciousness, and even more time for events to unfold as a
result of this change.
Two years after the Harmonic Convergence, what did happen was
an unprecedented step forward in human liberty: The Berlin
Wall, that separated the Soviet Union from the West, fell. Two
years after that, the Soviet Union itself collapsed, ending the
Cold War that had threatened the very survival of the human
race for over forty years.
The evolution of the consciousness of mankind has been
accelerating. Starting with the birth of the Renaissance 600
years ago, then accelerating with the growth of science 300
years ago, and coming into focus with the spiritual searching
that blossomed in the 1960's, the mass mind of humanity has
been moving ever more quickly towards The Shift.
Although The Shift is a gradual process that is occurring over
many decades, its main milestone marker will be when the mass
consensus of human consciousness steps over the dividing line
between material, third-density consciousness and heart-
centered, fourth-density consciousness. When that
happens, physical mankind will become firmly located in a
fourth-density environment.
Pioneering individuals have been moving their awareness in and
out of fourth-density consciousness for decades. The key marker
in The Shift is when the mass mind of humanity reaches that
dividing line and takes the quantum step forward into its own
heart.
In this new reality, along with the shift into fourth-density
consciousness, people will notice that the development of their
inner senses has become relatively effortless. Intuition-
supported thought will become commonplace. Telepathy
between loved ones will become easy to develop. Contact with
friends and relatives who have passed on will become ever more
commonplace.
Fourth-density physical bodies are less dense than
third-density ones. People will begin to perceive the light
that radiates from their bodies and other fourth-density
matter. Colors will take on deeper hues and sounds will expand
in depth, creating a whole new range of possibilities in music
and the arts. People will consume lighter foods and more
liquids than before. Everyone will have one job description -
to serve humanity in the best way of which they are capable.
The Shift is a cosmic event. It is much larger than this
planet or this solar system. It is an upgrade in energy and
consciousness that affects all of us. The Earth itself will
'rise in the heavens', meaning that, when the time comes for
that decisive step forward into the New Earth, the soil beneath
your feet will rise in vibration into fourth density just as
your physical body will. Humanity will rise in frequency along
with the body of the planet.
When the time comes, every physical thing around you will move
forward and relocate into a fourth-density frequency of
manifestation in, as predicted in the Bible, the twinking of an
eye.
Those already existing in fourth density - the spirits of
those who have passed on from the physical realm - will also
move into a higher sub-layer of existence. This is what is
meant by the prophecy in the Bible, that "the dead shall be
risen." Because people inhabiting spirit bodies are already in
fourth density, it will be easier to communicate with them once
we move into fourth density, even though we will be in a
different sub-layer.
Once the mass shift to heart-centered consciousness has
occurred, mankind will look back at this present era as
something that was very different. Just as you mature and gain
wisdom, you view the past differently from the way you
experienced it at the time. So, too, will we view the Old
Reality differently as we gain wisdom in the New Reality.
The timing of the main event of The Shift - the translation of
the mass mind of humanity into heart-centered, fourth-density
consciousness is not known. It depends entirely on how much the
pioneers of human consciousness - people like yourself -
develop their own heart-centered awareness in order to open
that pathway in consciousness for more people to follow.
Just as there are those who want The Shift to happen soon,
there are those who wish to delay it as much as possible, even
though delaying a cosmic event is not within their power.
Today, fear is being constantly fed to the public about the
possibility of terrorist events. Fear delays conscious
evolution and self-empowerment.
While there is a risk of terrorist events, it is common sense
to follow any intuitive warnings that keep coming to your
attention about places to avoid. Your soul won't let you be in
the wrong place at the wrong time provided you listen to those
intuitive warnings that we all run into at some point in our
lives.
One of our greatest gifts we can offer mankind is to stay the
course in our spiritual awakening. Stay the course by focusing
on heart-centered consciousness regardless of events that
conspire to fill people with fear. Then, The Shift will happen
sooner rather than later.

Invoking Spiritual Consciousness

Not surprisingly, higher states of consciousness carry much
more power to change reality than do the lower states of
consciousness. The higher you reach, the more effect your
consciousness has in resolving problems and creating a better
life. Spiritual practices not only lead to expanded states of
consciousness, but also to the inner qualities of happiness,
peace and joy. Seeking joy from within is an activity which
places you in tune with the flow of eternal joy which resides
there, waiting for you to contact it, feel it, and express it.
However, in the busy modern world, we really need a practical
way to move into spiritual consciousness quickly and
effectively. This is achieved by empowering your heart-centered
level of consciousness so that you can move quickly through the
gateway of the heart and into the realms of spiritual
consciousness.
Heart-centered consciousness is typically focused in a chakra,
or energy center, approximately four inches (ten centimeters)
in front of the breastbone. It is a small, whirling vortex of
energy operating at a specific frequency of consciousness. This
chakra can be used to sense the heart-centered consciousness of
others and it can also be used in transmission mode to send
unconditional love to others. When your heart is warmed in the
company of a true friend, it is this energy center, and its
energetic counterpart just behind the spine, which are involved
in the giving and receiving of that warmth between you and your
friend.
Universal life energy, or etheric energy, comes from the
universe, through the Sun, and fills all of the space around
you. On a sunny day, when its presence is especially intense,
your eyes can often faintly detect globules of this energy
floating in the air as you look up towards the clear sky.
Etheric energy is the primary energy of life, while its more
familiar offshoot, electricity, is merely a secondary form of
energy.
To invoke spiritual consciousness, we can add universal life
energy to the heart chakra in order to swiftly activate
heart-centered consciousness.
As a primary energy, universal life energy responds
immediately to the mental pressure exerted by your will. It can
be attracted, conditioned and even transmitted outwards to any
desired objective. In order to charge your heart chakra with
universal life energy, you visualize it coming into your body
on each inbreath.
See it as a white light permeating the space which surrounds
you. Then, see this white light enter and fill your lungs as it
passes through your nostrils on each inbreath. Draw this
life-giving energy into yourself using the power of your will.
Then, on each outbreath, see this concentration of energy as a
brilliant white light moving forward into your heart chakra,
filling this center of consciousness with intense light and
vitality. The reason we see it as a brilliant white light, and
not a specific color, is because white light is all-inclusive.
It is a combination of all the colors of the spectrum in equal
balance.
Do this for at least three inbreaths and outbreaths and your
consciousness will shift into a heart-centered focus.
That is step one of the FREEdom technique. Now that your heart
chakra is charged with intense energy, you are capable of
transmitting that energy to any desired objective. We will be
choosing the highest possible objectives, in terms of frequency
of consciousness, as that causes the law of action and reaction
to guarantee us the highest degree of spiritual upliftment as a
result.
